Accessibility Statement

All Aboard America (AAA) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities.

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA to improve the accessibility and usability of our website.

At this time, the AAA website has some known accessibility barriers and therefore partially conforms to WCAG 2.2.

Our Approach

Accessibility has been considered throughout the development of this website. We began by creating and remediating the navigation and other global elements, followed by testing and remediating a shared library of components so they could be reused consistently across the site.

Testing was performed by a team including low vision, blind, deaf or hard of hearing, and mobility accessibility experts, using a range of system, browser, and screen reader configurations.

Testing of fully developed pages is ongoing at the time of writing, and accessibility improvements will continue as part of our regular workflows.

Known Accessibility Limitations

While we have made significant progress in improving accessibility, we are aware of some areas that may present challenges for users.

Request a Quote Form

The “Request a Quote” form may present significant accessibility barriers for screen reader users and may be difficult or impossible for some users to complete.

This form is provided and maintained by a third-party system that is not controlled by All Aboard America.

If you are unable to use this form, we encourage you to contact us directly for assistance:

We will be glad to assist you with your request.

Our website uses a third-party cookie consent tool. We selected a solution based on accessibility considerations and available options; however, some users may experience challenges interacting with this component.

We will continue to monitor this and pursue improvements where possible.

Website Alert Banner

The website alert banner at the top of the page is currently under review and pending accessibility testing.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As part of this work, we are:

  • Conducting manual accessibility testing and validation
  • Reviewing shared components and critical areas of the website
  • Supporting accessible content and design practices as content is created
  • Addressing identified accessibility issues as part of our website launch process and ongoing workflows

Third-Party Content

Some areas of our website rely on third-party tools or services that are not controlled by All Aboard America and may present accessibility challenges for some users.

We continue to engage with these providers to encourage accessibility improvements.
